Nikki
Nikki holds the position of National Business Development Manager and has been a valuable member of the Aspire team for three years. Her insights consistently provide significant contributions and serve as a source of inspiration for those in her vicinity.

Danielle’s ascension with the Aspire organisation is a result of her exceptional leadership skills and determination. Her exemplary work has served as an inspiration to the team for the duration of three years and eight months. Danielle initially joined the company as an ‘Educator’ and has since been promoted to the position of ‘Out of School Programme Manager’.

Jan holds the position of Associate Operations Director and has already made a significant impact on our organisation during her six-month tenure. Her excellent mentoring skills have been instrumental in guiding and managing our teams to achieve success.

Megan has continually impressed Aspire with her positive attitude and her willingness to strive to do her best. She is always making a positive difference with both the children she looks after and the team she works alongside. Megan is an Educator and has been with Aspire for 6 months but we look forward to seeing how she grows in her role.

Elaine has consistently demonstrated a high level of competence in completing her role and has consistently motivated her team to aim for excellence. As the SENCO DSL Tutor, Elaine’s role demands a great deal of patience and resilience, and she has exhibited both qualities exceptionally during her tenure of one year and three months.

Zhané's progression as a team member at Aspire has been truly remarkable. Through consistent effort and dedication, she has honed her abilities and expanded her knowledge base, transitioning from her role as an apprentice to a highly respected Educator within our organisation in her tenure of eight years and eight months. Zhané's commitment to excellence is evident in every aspect of her work, and we are thrilled to have her as an integral part of our team.
