Your PE Premium report is due – What to know before 31 July

As the school year draws to a close, now is the time to ensure that your PE and Sport Premium for 2024/25 is reported accurately and to start planning for the new academic year in September.

Why this matters: The Department for Education requires all primary schools to submit their PE and Sport Premium expenditure reporting return by 5 pm on Thursday, 31 July 2025.

This report ensures accountability for the use of funding, highlights the impact on pupils, and helps schools reflect on the sustainability of their PE provision.

What you'll need to report:

• A breakdown of how your PE and Sport Premium was spent
• Evidence of how the provision improved pupil outcomes
• How will improvements be sustainable
