Artrix has several family shows around the start of half term.
The Witch Who Couldn't Sleep is on Saturday 24 October.

Avoncroft Museum of Historic Buildings has several family activities planned for October half term.
Horrid Histories at Avoncroft runs on 24, 25, 28 and 29 October and 1 November, with the museum open from 10am to 3pm. Two children can visit free with each full-price adult ticket.
Then on Friday 30 and Saturday 31 October, Avoncroft is running Family Friendly Trick or Treat Evenings from 3.30pm to 7pm. Families follow a route around the historic buildings and knock on selected doors for tricks and treats.

Hanbury Hall is running Charis & the Monsters of the Underworld throughout half term from Saturday 24 October to Sunday 1 November.
The Ancient Greek-inspired trail runs from 10am to 4pm, with last entry at 3.30pm, and includes activities such as a Minotaur’s Labyrinth, Poison Apple Bobbing and making a Medusa mask.
The trail costs £2, with normal admission charges applying.
