At Aspire Training Solutions, we are extending our celebrations from one week to eight weeks. These celebrations are designed to highlight our commitment to diversity, showcase the inspiring journeys of our current and former apprentices, and emphasise the valuable support our employer partners provide.

Diversity enriches learning environments and workplaces by bringing varied perspectives and experiences. Throughout our campaign, we will showcase testimonials from a diverse range of apprentices, emphasising their achievements, daily roles, backgrounds, and unique journeys that have led them to and through their apprenticeships. Our initiative aims to highlight the inclusivity of our apprenticeships, demonstrating how mature students and apprentices from diverse backgrounds thrive within them.

'Apprentice with Promise' award: This accolade celebrates a current apprentice, who has significantly impressed their employer and skills coaches with their dedication and progression to date
'Apprentice of the Year' award: This award, based on nominations from employers, recognises the outstanding achievements of an apprentice who has completed their apprenticeship with exceptional merit. It praises the enduring influence, that the apprentice has made both within their role and throughout their apprenticeship.
'Employer of the Year' award: In appreciation of our collaborative partners, this award honours an employer who has exemplified the gold standard in supporting and nurturing their apprentices, setting a benchmark for excellence within the apprenticeship community.
'Impact' award: Our Aspire Training Solutions team selects this award for an apprentice who has greatly impacted their employer and their community through their development during their apprenticeship programme.
