Sun, Sutton Park, positive attitudes, and a virtual treasure hunt…. What more could you need on a Wednesday afternoon?
The aim
The aim of this training event was about celebrating Aspire and its employees’ successes over the last few months. All employees showed their competitive sides, as ClueGo hosted an amazing interactive virtual treasure hunt in Sutton Park.
Each team member has shown they have been inspiring children to act and be more physically active.
Every activity during the week was geared towards supporting our team to venture into their ‘competitive zone’. Why? Because, by moving into this zone, we’re acting on our endeavour to be one of the best versions of ourselves, as we are striving for greatness.
The Activities
We reflected on what Aspire has achieved with a review of 2023 so far, this year has seen us engage a record number of children in more physical opportunities than ever before, the introduction of our SwimED program, and much more.
We evaluated our goals and tactics through the use of our mission, values, and vision.
We presented our company awards to celebrate our team members’ achievements.
We shared where our journey will be taking the team over the next few years, with an overall aim to end inactivity by helping 1 million pupils by 2025.

The Team event
ClueGo ran an incredible experience, which had our Aspire team running through Sutton park working in teams to use our skills, knowledge and positive attitude to try win a virtual treasure hunt.
With GPS technology and gamification inspired through traditional treasure hunts, ClueGo took us on an adventure that inspired creativity and provided a fantastic platform for learning whilst also having fun!
A brilliant end to an action-packed evening! It’s safe to say team members didn’t need reminding about bringing that smile. Energised, inspired and motivated to take action, the Aspire team is ready for another record-breaking year.
